In November I have been travelling to Phu Quoc, Vietnam and I loved it. We stayed at the Premier Village Resort (https://www.premiervillage-phuquoc.com/) and had a nice Beach Villa.

In the evening we went to the Night Market of Cho Dem Phu Quoc Night Market. There were interesting Vietnamese food selections.
